Federal Reserve It is not federal, and it does not have any reserves.

Charles A. Lindbergh, Sr. 1913

"When the President signs this bill, the invisible government of the monetary power will be legalized....the worst legislative crime of the ages is perpetrated by this banking and currency bill."

Thomas Jefferson was concise in his early warning to the American nation,

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

"Whoever controls the volume of money in any country is absolute master of all industry and commerce."(Paul Warburg, drafter of the Federal Reserve Act)

"Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation and I care not who makes its laws."(Mayer Amschel Rothschild)

The idea that the federal reserve is some rogue private entity that's out to get us *is* a conspiracy theory.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the Federal Reserve is a private entity that runs our monetary system.
And that Congress giving the fed power to do so was not legal.
It was decided in 1933

So you are claiming that the SCOTUS ruled the Federal Reserve as unconstitutional in 1933 and no one has done anything at all about it? The legislative, executive and judicial branches of the government just ignored the ruling?

That IS a conspiracy theory.

The SCOTUS did not rule that the Federal Reserve Act was unconstitutional in 1933 or at any other time. Can you provide a court case that supports your assertion?

As for enforcement of a Supreme Court ruling, our laws support enforcement. If the SCOTUS rules something unconstitutional, and the executive or legislative branch ignored the ruling we have this terrific caste of our society called "lawyers" who would make millions of dollars suing the fed on that subject.

The only recourse congress or the fed have to a lawsuit is to go to court ... and guess what? they'd lose. Where are all the lawsuits against the Federal Reserve Act? if it were unconstitutional then GREED would be driving a line of plaintiffs pushed along by a cadre of lawyers right to the court house doors.
